- In 1998, The Enterprise was established by the Decision No827/QĐTC dated on Sept 25th1998and had been an economic unit directly under the state-owned company: The A.C.S.C - Department of Trade - with the registration certificate No311510 issued on Jan 13th 1999 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh city.
- In 2004 the Consultant & Designing Construction Enterprise was the branch of A.C.S.C, with registration certificate No4113019742 dated on Nov 30th 2004 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh city
- In 2008 . in order to adapt to the size and the development of the unit, the Uy Viet Construction Investment Consultants Corporation was established with the registration certificate No4103011010 dated on Aug 05th 2008 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh city for the first time and the change registration date on Nov19th2008,
